Our company currently focuses on the pump and valve industry as our main customer direction. Based on our inventory of round steel and steel ingots, in addition to supplying conventional forgings and round steel, we can also utilize our own processing advantages to provide customers with processing or labor package services for various products such as rings, valve covers, valve bodies, valve stems, pump bodies, pump shafts, pump casings, etc.

Wear resistant ring products

Wear resistant rings can provide protection for the pump and control the recovery and circulation of liquid during operation under abnormal operating conditions. Preventing the backflow of the outlet medium back to the inlet medium serves as a sealing and wear-resistant function, avoiding direct contact damage between the impeller and pump casing, and protecting the impeller.

Our company produces and sells a large number of wear-resistant ring products made of various materials, including stainless steel (300 series, 400 series, and duplex steel) and high-temperature alloy series (Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, etc.).

Forged valve body

The valve body material is mainly austenitic stainless steel, such as corrosion-resistant 316L MOD, 904L, 316L, 304, etc.

Forged valve core

The valve core diameter varies from Φ 30 to Φ 500 and is processed using materials such as austenitic 316L, 321, 304, martensitic 410, 440B, and F91.

Forged valve cover

Valve covers are mainly made of stainless steel and alloy steel, mainly involving materials such as austenitic 316L, 304, alloy steel F11, F91, 12Cr1MoV, etc.
