F22 forged shell is an advantageous product produced and processed by Youtuo/Youteng Company. The raw material smelting process of the product adopts vacuum degassing refining die cast steel ingots. The steel ingots undergo forging, heat treatment, forging flaw detection, mechanical property testing, boring and milling, lathe, gantry processing, welding, tempering heat treatment, filming (PT and RT), shot blasting, CNC machining, pressure testing and a series of manufacturing and production processes. Before adopting forging technology, foreign customers used cast shells for production and processing. The quality problems of the cast products were relatively concentrated, and there were many uncertain factors in the production process. The quality of the produced products was unstable, which often affected the product quality and delivery time. After communicating with the customer, we recommended the customer's casting to forging process. The modified process is more stable in terms of product quality compared to casting products. The purity, gas content, defects, and performance of the molten steel in the product have been greatly improved compared to casting quality stability. The stable product quality has also received continuous praise from the customer.

F22 material is commonly used to manufacture components that work at high temperatures in industrial sectors such as boilers, steam turbines, power machinery, industrial furnaces, aviation, and petrochemicals. These components not only require high temperature strength and resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion, but also require sufficient toughness, good processability and weldability, as well as a certain degree of organizational stability according to their different uses.

Our company produces F22 forged shells for assembly on well-known brands of large water pumps. The pump products are ultimately used in the cooling systems of major steel mills at home and abroad. The good quality of the shells also indirectly contributes to the stability of steel quality and reduces energy consumption.
