We recently supplied to our American client- AS 9100 distributor DIA: 13'', 16'', and 30.25''round bar H1025 heat treatment according to AMS5659T standard.
U/T testing as per AMS-STD-2154 CLASS AA.
We made it!!!
Our materials undergo strict inspection for chemical composition, transverse mechanical properties, low magnification, high magnification, metallographic structure, free Fe% content, and U/T testing following AMS-STD-2154 CLASS AA standard. These have been qualified by NADCAP-certified third party.

AMS 5659T 15-5PH has more stringent requirements than ASTM standard materials in terms of chemical composition, mechanical property,hardness, flaw detection, Macrostructure, Microstructure, heat treatment, marking, etc.
Basic Requirements:
1, U/T test according to AMS-STD-2154 CLASS AA level;
2, The product shall contain no more than 2% free ferrite, determined in accordance with AMS2315
3,The purity of molten steel, non-metallic inclusions according to AMS2300 ≤0.25;
4, Macrostructure limits according to ASTM A604:
1> Freckles Grade A;
2> White spots Grade A;
3>Radial Segregation Grade A;
4>"Ring Pattern" Grade A or Grade B;
1.Mechanical property test
Tensile and hardness tests are performed

Detection of free ferrite content, in line with AMS standard requirements.
